Blessing of the Animals Ceremony: Saturday, October 4th, 10-11am at St. James. Bring your pets (real or stuffed) and a donation for Jefferson County Animal Welfare(puppy/kitten food, clay car litter, paper towels, laundry soap). A great event for kids to learn more about caring for pets and their importance to our lives!
Youth Group Get Away: Sunday, October 19th, 4-7pm, Severson's cabin in Sharpsburg, MD. Scavenger Hunt & Hot Dog Roast. Meet at the SP Parking Lot at 4pm.
Fall Festival: Saturday, October 25th, 6:00pm, St. James' Parish Hall: a light dinner, costume contest, and lots of fun! Please sign-up at church or call Debbie DeLauney.

Announcements
JCCM Food Drive and Thrivent Match: Please bring a canned food (veggie, fruit, meat) cereal or monetary donation to church on Sunday, October 12th.

Catch-Up Sunday: October 19th, please prayerfully consider bringing an additional offering for any Sundays you may have missed!
