Two of my good friends went out in front of the house last Saturday (3/3). It was still rather cold but no wind, unfortunately I didn't get to go (my wife had other plans). As you can see from the pic. they didn't exactly bring home the prize catch. They had fun though with the small blue gills (very small). I'm still hoping for a chance at the spring perch when it starts to thaw and I can still get on the ice even though I shouldn't be there.
