INGREDIENTS
2 Qts. Water
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic Salt
2 Tsp. Onion Salt
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1 Tsp. Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 Bottle Barbecue Sauce (plain)
1 Lb. Ground Beef
6 Tbsp. Corn Starch
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
Brown beef in frying pan in very small pieces. Add all
seasoning's to the water including barbecue sauce. Simmer for about 5 mins. Then add ground
beef and simmer for about 20 mins. Mix corn starch in water then add to sauce to thicken.
