Annual subscriptions  save you time and money! $240/year for one computer, only $400/year for two and $150 each for three or more computers.  For that you receive three tune ups and UNLIMITED TECH Support.  A subscription will keep your computer maintained for pennies each day.  And provide you with OnCall tech support. Be proactive!

Community

Petite Productions is our non-profit 501c3 outreach of PC Assistance. PC Assistance will  refurbish your discarded computers.  And, Petite Productions will distribute it to those in need.  We present pre-employment workshops,  We have distributed more than 20 computer workstations and more to a community who is underserved.  You may follow us and Like us on FaceBook.

In home service pick up/delivery

Not sure what is wrong with your computer? Have your computer tuned and inspected to guarantee improved performance and speed.  A SystemCare folder will help you maintain  the improvements after the technical leaves.  Our service call is only $50 and that is waived if you decide to drop off your computer.

Training

There is no better computer to learn on than your own computer.  There is no better schedule than the time that is convenient for YOU!  All questions are answered.  Move forward at YOUR pace.  You determine the topics.  No session more than 2 hours at one sitting.  Notes retured to you after your session concludes.  

OnCall Tech Support

INeed help now?  GraneeGeek online tech support will solve most problems in one hour.  No subscription required.  $50 for  30 minutes and no charge while we diagnose the problem.  Charging starts after the first 15 minutes of your online session.
