William & Frances Beckner - William "Bill" & Frances Beckner are my grandparents on my mother's side. Papa was born on September 25, 1913 and died November 11, 1978. Mama was born July 16, 1923 and passed away April 15, 1993. They were the best grandparents a kid could ever want. One of my earliest memories is walking down the streets of Iaeger, WV with my Papa.
