1950 Studebaker Champion Convertible

Unknown Owner

Here's something a little different. This ice blue convertible has a smooth look to it. The body has been smoothed off with the usual custom tricks, nosing, decking and removing the door handles. They also removed the front bumper and welded up the fresh air intakes on the fenders. The rear fenders are welded to the body and there are what looks like 1954 Chevrolet tail light bezels in place of the stock units. The rear wheel openings have been raised and rounded to look like the front openings and they show off the nice wheels.  Inside are some modern high back bucket seats and what may be a different dash. What makes this car unique is under the hood, a Cadillac engine with an old style air cleaner. Nice job!
