Which one of these cars is the clone? Photo at the top of a 1950 Starlight Coupe was taken in Phoenix, AZ. This car has a full roll cage and a blower motor in this picture. Before the scoop was added, it appeared as a centerfold in Hot Rod Magazine.

The bottom photo shows a 1951 Starlight Coupe and was taken at a car show in Merced, CA. 

Notice how similar the paint jobs and wheels appear to be on these cars? The question is who copied who.
