This Starlight Coupe has some mild custom work and a monochrome paintjob with graphics. The front bumper was removed and out back the trunk has been shaved and the license plate was relocated below the painted bumper. It has 51 taillights and those wide tires in the back suggest that there may be a big engine under the hood.
