Kayla (Squeak)

Kayla Demetria was born June 28, 1996.
She weighed 8 pounds exactly and was 19 inches long.
She is now in first grade, is learning to read, has lost her first tooth, and is learning to dance. She loves science and being out-of-doors. Here are some pictures of her.

	Kayla found a caterpillar in the backyard and put it in her insect jar. To our surprise, it lived and became a butterfly a few days later. She proudly let it go after identifying it in her insect book.
	Kayla helps us celebrate Gwen's family's Swedish tradition of Santa Lucia Day. On December 13, she dresses in the Santa Lucia costume and brings rolls to her family.
	This is Kayla's dance costume for her last performance. She didn't like the scratchy part. :)
	This is her picture we got done at Wal-Mart. It turned out really well!
