THE ADHESIVE IS MADE FOR LOUDSPEAKER REPAIR ONLY.  IT IS DESIGNED MAINLY FOR GLUING FOAM SURROUNDS TO PLASTIC CONES.  It Can be used on metal frames & gaskets, but we recommend our "white" glue for those parts when available. IT SHOULD BE HANDLED QUICKLY, AS THE SOLVENT DRIES FAIRLY FAST.  Use it sparingly when gluing cone edges to surrounds.  Too much will make your seams lumpy!  Apply to foam, and press to cone.  Apply to frame, let air for a few seconds & then press foam into the glue.  This adhesive is not a cone treatment... nor should plastic cones need one.  NOT FOR BUTYL SURROUNDS.  USE OUR BUTYL TOLUENE BASED ADHESIVE.  DO NOT USE THIS TO TREAT THE FOAMS!!!  Modern foams are already treated. About the only thing that can be done to improve life expectancy is to NOT put anything on them... and keep them away from direct sunlight/UV/excessive heat.  Only put glue on the foam flanges.
