In response, an email is sent from GraneeGeek with a communication link. 

The customer clicks the link, downloads a connection applet and starts the session. 

You and I will remain on the phone during the session or, you can do other things while I work on your computer. 

When the session is terminated, the connection applet does not remain on your computer.

Contracts for tech hours 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

$150.00 for three months, including one tune-up and unlimited assistance during tech hours.

$300.00 for six months, including two tune-ups and unlimited assistance during tech hours.

$450.00 for nine months, including three tune-ups and unlimited assistance during tech hours.

$600.00 for 12 months, including 4 tune-ups and unlimited assistance during tech hours.

$1,200.00 for 12 months including 4 tune-ups or more as needed and unlimited assistance on/off tech hours.

Normal charges still apply for in home service and may be combined with online services.
