Height: 5' 11" Hair: Brown

Appearance: He is best described as being attractive without standing out too much. He is of average build and height. He tends to dress casual and seems to always be at ease during his "down time", but while in costume he appears to be continuously thinking about something and this gives him a distant, distracted expression. His costume is blue and grey and he wears no mask. Sometimes he appears to be looking at nothing or through people which may seem disturbing for those that don't know him.
Background: "Let me go"

"Yes, I will let you go."

"You never saw me."

"Yes, I never saw you."

"You will go turn yourself into the authorities."

"Yes, I will go turn myself in to the authorities."

At that, the youth began running and never looked back.
It had been a very difficult year. It started off like most years. Trevor was looking forward to his 14th birthday. He had spent a great deal of time making a wish list and looking forward to the coming year. His parents had been promising that they would buy him a hover-board for his birthday this year, and because of that he was keeping his list short. He didn't want to appear greedy and spoil his chances. His parents had raised him to be honest, thoughtful, and respectful of others.
Then everything changed. He began having strange visions whenever he was around other people. It was as if he could see their thoughts, and some of them scared him. He started wondering if he had some sort of super powers like some of the super-humans he had been hearing about on the holotube. He decided that he better keep this to himself and stay away from others incase someone found out, and tried to hurt him or take him away from his family.
During the months that followed his parents became more and more concerned about his well-being. They began to fear that something was really wrong because he was acting so different, and they were concerned that he might have fallen in with the wrong crowd and started doing FreeTime the new designer drug that had recently become popular. They spoke with him about their fears, but he assured them that he was fine and nothing was wrong. He told them that his distancing himself was just because his mind was on the coming year, and his turning thirteen. They not only accepted his answer, but agreed with everything he said as if there was no other possible reason. This scared him even more. The thought that he could affect the thoughts of others meant real power and he was always taught that "with great power, comes great responsibility." He didn't feel ready for great responsibility. He just wanted to be a normal kid and do what any other boy his age did.
When his birthday finally came, he realized that his powers were in fact real and that it was time to talk to his parents about them. He knew that he could trust them, and they would do what was right. So after his celebration, and opening of gifts (one of which was the hover-board he wanted!), and his friends had gone home he sat down with his parents and began to tell them everything. At first his parents were in shock and panicked, but he quickly calmed them down and they continued their conversation. Trevor did everything he could to keep from using his powers on them, but it was difficult to figure out when he was using them. In the end, his parents agreed that the best thing to do would be to get a hold of someone from the government, and see if there was some sort of special program they could put him in to help their son learn to control his powers.
After a hectic week of phone conversations and trips to various offices, his parents got in touch with someone from the Paranormal Services Institute who agreed to help in anyway possible. Trevor's parents were told to pack a bag for him and that someone would be coming by the next day to pick him up and take him back to the Institute for evaluation. Trevor was worried, but his parents explained they would be coming along, and wouldn't let anything bad happen to him. He packed his bag, checked his hover-board to make sure it was fully charged, and climbed into bed. He barely slept, and the few times he nodded off he had strange dreams that seemed to be dreams within dreams. They kept waking him up, and when morning finally came he was extremely tired, but got up and performed his morning rituals and headed down stairs for breakfast.
As he neared the bottom of the stairs he could hear his father and mother talking, but they weren't talking to each other. He realized that he was hearing their thoughts, and tried to stop himself from hearing them, but just as he began to focus on his own thoughts to shut theirs out, he heard the words "surround the house, and don't let anyone, but the boy come out alive." Wait that wasn't his parents, that was someone else and they were very near. He turned and ran back up to his room and checked to make sure he had everything. If he could get out of the house, maybe he could save his parents from whoever was going to kill them. He quickly transferred as much as he could from his bags to his backpack and grabbed his hover-board. Climbing out through his window he noticed a van parked across the street, and he focused on it. He was immediately flooded with thoughts. It was hard to pick out anything specific, but one thing was certain, whoever was in it wanted him, and feared failure.
He climbed onto his hover-board, swallowed hard, pressed the toe switch, crouched down, and let the board glide down the roof and off the edge. It was an exhilarating experience! The feeling of falling, but flying at the same time. For a moment he forgot about why he was doing this, but was quickly shocked back to reality when he dropped next to a man dressed all in black and holding a large rifle of some sort. He screamed when the man noticed him and went to grab him, but nothing came out of his mouth. Instead the masked man simply dropped his gun, fell to his knees and clutched his head in his hands. Had he done that? It didn't matter. He had to fly and fly fast. That was the last time he saw his house.
He continued running. It didn't matter where. He knew that he couldn't trust anyone, and he couldn't go to his parents although he missed them dearly. He remained on the run for several weeks fighting the urge to call his parents. He knew they must have been worried, but it was for their own good that he didn't call. The man that he just sent away had found him in the park resting, and it was a harsh reminder that he couldn't let up...
That all happened about eight years ago. It was hard to believe that it was so long ago. A lot had happened since. He was finally able to meet up with his parents again, and was glad they were safe. Apparently, a local super was in the neighborhood, and had arrived in the nick of time to stop the assault on his parents. The super was able to take them under protective custody to the authorities, and kept them safe as the authorities looked for their son.
During the next year, Trevor had moved around a lot, and was able to stay ahead of everyone. Thankfully, his parents didn't give up, and invested all their time in finding their son. It was just prior to his sixteenth birthday that they finally caught up to him, and were all reunited. The authorities offered to take Trevor to the Institute as had been promised. Trevor's safety was guaranteed, and his original pursuers had been discovered to be New American Rebels of Freedom (NARF), and they had had a mole working at the Institute. During the following six years Trevor had finished up his schooling, was taught how to control his powers, and was hired to work for the Institute to help others with special gifts as well.
Now he sat on the plane as it flew toward the Capital. He was one of a select group that was recruited by the government for a mission of utmost importance.
