Adoption Fees -Prices effective 01-01-2007 (Sorry for the increase in fees, but the cost of  their  food has risen horribly and for me to keep breeding I must raise my fees slightly.)   Prices are for each  individual animal. ,

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Adoptions sometimes are hard, I do allow refunds or exchanges if you and your rat do not bond during a 2 wk period from purchase .Refunds or exchanges for ill or deceased rats is for 1 wk after purchase and rats must be returned. If there is some unseen circumstance that you cannot keep your rats, I would like them returned to me rather then to a pet store or worse yet let loose outside. I do not reimburse for vet visits .
