This is a edited re-print of a 1960's card.  When we purchased the motel in 1981, we looked at what was currently being used as a postcard for the property and decided that a different photo should be used.  We lucked out that we met the photographer, and that he still had access to the negatives.  We had him remove some lightpoles and put in a different sky.

The motel has many of these cards in its collection.

Richard Nearing is a well-known Arizona artist who lives in the Metro-Phoenix area.  We hired him to do a pen and ink rendering of the motel.  We liked his work so well that we decided to have him do postcards of the motel.  He created these 2 cards.  One that features the sign and the motel property and another that shows the sign and the Hualapai Mountains.

We have numerous copies of these cards.

Most companies do not have an "in-house" professional photographer.  My wife created this card from several of her photos.

We have numerous copies of these cards.
