According
to marketing news , near the end of 2003, consumers had
"flip-flopped" with regard to their Internet assisted purchases,
from
searching on Internet before buying locally, to searching locally, then
making final purchases online. In this new environment, it is more
important than ever for local businesses to develop strategies to
maintain their market share by tapping the Internet to meet customers
needs, and ensure their loyalty.
I would like to work
with local businesses to develop affordable,
and timely strategies for well rounded marketing efforts as customers
are shifting to the Internet
to make purchases.
I
would like to work with a team that can design and implement
total marketing plans that meet the needs of local clients.
I
would also like to consult with the nonprofit sector and assist
them in an effort to make the Internet a part of their public relations
strategy.
