Balance - two-Plane Dynamic Spin Balance

The propeller industry, including the manufacturers, does not do a proper
balance.   Most, if not all, repair shops include a Static or Force Balance,
which is simply taking the propeller, putting a shaft through the center and
placing it on knife edges (No Motor Spin) and removing weight from the
                                        one blade that falls to the bottom.  As it sits on knife edges                                                     
                                                     

We have found that the boat propellers are the most unbalanced part ever
placed on the two-plane  spin  balance  machines.   90%   to  95% of the
propellers,  new, used, or repaired,  have a couple unbalances,  which 
means if the force  unbalance  is  removed  only  causes more unbalance 
in one end of the propeller.
