Mr. Henderson is deaf, therefore two of his senses are especially keen

"I bought a new Bayliner 19' outboard and after witnessing what Joe Perkins
was  doing  to  Cruise  Missile  parts  at  work,   where  he was in charge of
balancing all rotating Cruise Missile parts, I asked him to take my brand new
boat propeller to find out if he could make it perform better.  I first checked
it out, then he balanced it.  End results were amazing - 1,000 RPM increase.
